Pebble is a compact wall sconce with a smooth, rounded profile: small enough to go where a full-size fixture will not fit, and plain enough not to matter when it does. It is a fitting for the spots that are usually left dark because nothing would go there, and there are considerably more of those in a typical flat than anyone notices until they actually start looking for them.
There are six versions of one shape. Black or white, each available with a US plug, an EU plug, or hardwired. The plug-in versions go anywhere there is an outlet, with no electrician involved and nothing permanent left behind on the wall afterwards. The hardwired version gives a clean finish with no visible cord running down the plaster, which is worth having where the fitting is going to stay. Choosing the right combination is the only real decision to make here, and none of the six versions is a compromise on any of the others.
The rounded profile means nothing catches on it in a narrow space. Mount one inside an alcove, beside a mirror, at the top of a stair, or in the corner of a room that the ceiling light has never properly reached.
