Welcome to Lumenorth. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of lumenorth.com and any purchase you make from us, wherever you are located. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Products and pricing
We take care to describe and price our products accurately. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Prices are shown in USD/EUR and may or may not include local taxes depending on your delivery destination, as indicated at checkout. We reserve the right to correct errors, change prices, and update or discontinue products at any time before your order is accepted.
Orders and contract formation
Your order is an offer to buy. A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation or dispatch confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurred, we will notify you and refund any payment in full.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Title to the goods passes to you once payment is received in full and the goods are delivered.
Shipping, taxes and duties
Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. For international orders, you may be responsible for import duties, taxes and customs fees charged by your destination country; these are not included in our prices unless expressly stated at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.
