Moon is a round wall lamp in soft beige: a single twenty-two centimetre circle of warm light, and quite literally nothing else at all. There is no shade shape to interpret, no arm reaching out from the wall, and no visible fixings anywhere on it. There is simply a disc. Everything that could reasonably have been removed from it has been removed.
That restraint is what lets it sit against almost any wall without arguing with the room, and it is why a circle has been the default shape for wall lighting whenever designers strip a fixture back to its essentials. Beige is doing considerably more work here than it sounds: it is warmer than white and softer than grey, so the fitting reads as part of the wall during the day rather than as a bright spot stuck onto it, and it flatters the light it gives out in the evening rather than cooling it.
The flush profile means it never catches a shoulder or a bag in a narrow corridor. Mount one beside a bed, a pair either side of a headboard, or a run of them climbing a staircase wall where the repeating circles do the work.
