Grove borrows its shape from a tree: a sculpted metal stem branching upward to lift a wide horizontal shade over the surface below. Set into the base is a wireless charging pad, so a phone laid down on it charges while the lamp is on, and a bedside table loses one more cable in the process.

The shade is finished in cherry wood, and when the lamp is lit the grain shows through as a warm, figured pattern across the underside. Brightness is set by touch on the base rather than by an inline switch, so there is no fumbling for a toggle in the dark.
