Lumenorth Orb Glass Bedside Wall Sconce

A single orb of light, suspended on a quiet line. Orb brings together a Scandinavian sense of restraint and the soft, sculptural glow of a hand-finished glass globe. Mounted on a slim arm, it floats off the wall like a small captured moon: a fixture that feels considered rather than decorative, which is a distinction most people can feel immediately and one that is worth paying for.

It is designed for the spaces that ask for mood rather than brightness, so it sits naturally beside a bed, in a reading nook, or paired symmetrically on either side of a headboard where two of them do more than one larger fitting could. The frosted glass takes the bulb out of view entirely and leaves only an even sphere of light, and the slim arm keeps the globe far enough from the wall that the glow wraps all the way round it rather than being cut off flat against the plaster behind.

Each globe is hand-finished, so the frosting varies very slightly from piece to piece. Set the arm at seated eye level beside a bed, and choose a warm bulb rather than a cold one if you want to keep the moon reference intact.
