Twist is an LED wall sconce with a shade rotated off its own axis: a small geometric move that makes the fixture look quite different from every angle you approach it. Nothing has been added to achieve that. A single element has simply been turned on its axis, and the whole character of the fitting changes as a result of it.
Straight on it reads as a simple disc, calm and unremarkable. From the side the offset becomes obvious and the fixture turns sculptural, which means that it presents quite differently to somebody sitting still in the room than it does to somebody walking straight through it. That shift is what makes it work as a focal point in a room that is otherwise plain, because it holds attention without needing colour or ornament to do the job, and it keeps working long after a brighter or bolder fitting would have become wallpaper.
