Lumenorth Coast LED Glass Wall Lamp

Coast is an LED glass wall lamp in three sea-weathered tones: deep blue, soft grey and warm amber, the colours of glass that has spent a long time in water. They are the tones of a beach rather than a showroom, and that is the point of the range. None of the three is a colour you would find in a standard lighting catalogue.

The shade is toughened rather than ordinary glass, which matters a great deal on a wall fixture mounted at head height in a busy hallway or a family bathroom where bags, elbows and doors all pass close by. Combined with the plated metal finish, it gives you a lamp that stays looking sharp over years rather than slowly accumulating chips along the rim and dulling at the fittings. The three colours each change the light: blue cools it, grey mutes it, and amber warms it towards gold in the evening.

The integrated LED means there are no bulbs to change over the life of the fitting and very little heat building up behind the glass. Mount a pair spaced along a hallway, or a single one beside a mirror where the colour of the glass will read against white tile.
